FLEX LNG to Issue New Shares for BoD Members, UK

FLEX LNG said that its Board of Directors has resolved to issue 468,810 new shares to the members of the Board of Directors for the period 1 July 2012 to 31 December 2012, as part of their remuneration for that period.

FLEX LNG announced this decision in accordance with the resolution by the shareholders at the annual shareholders meeting of FLEX LNG Ltd held on 23 November 2012.

FLEX LNG said that shares will be issued and registered as soon as possible. Once issued the total shares outstanding will be 125,881,432.
