GasLog Partners files for public offering

GasLog Partners filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission related to the sale of common units representing limited partner interests in a public offering.

The partnership plans to use the net proceeds from the public offering to fund a portion of the purchase price of the shares in the entities that own LNG carriers the Methane Rita Andrea and the Methane Jane Elizabeth from GasLog Ltd.

As announced earlier is priced at about $328 million.
