Dutch Gate LNG terminal in the port of Rotterdam is scheduled to receive a new cargo of liquefied natural gas from Norway.

The 142,612 cbm Arctic Discoverer departed from Statoil’s Hammerfest LNG facility on Melkoya island on April 1, shipping data reveals.

The vessel is set to deliver its cargo to Gate LNG terminal on April 5.

The Moss type LNG carrier was built by Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding in 2006 for Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (“K” Line) and chartered to Statoil on a 20-year deal.
