The Gazprom Management Committee took notice of the information about the progress with implementing the 2014–2015 Action Plan for strengthening the company’s positions in the international NGV sector.

It was pointed out that comprehensive efforts were made within the Plan to outline Gazprom’s development areas in this sector. In particular, priority international markets were chosen. Special attention was paid to potential market capacity, the possibility of arranging Russian NGV fuel supply, and the economic effect derived from converting vehicles to natural gas.

The target parameters of the company’s activities in international NGV markets were defined for 2014–2015 and through to 2030. When defining the parameters such goals and objectives were singled out, among other things, as securing long-term growth in demand for natural gas to be used in transport, building up Russian natural gas supply to international markets and raising the efficiency of Gazprom’s NGV business. The outlined target parameters will make it possible to maintain the sustained growth in natural gas supply from the company’s portfolio to be used as a vehicle fuel as well as to increase the international retail sales of NGV fuel in the form of liquefied natural gas and compressed natural gas through the company-owned network of filling stations.
