Geveran Trading Buys Shares in Flex LNG

Geveran Trading, indirectly controlled by trusts established by John Fredriksen, has on 16th June  purchased 12.672.164 shares in Flex LNG at a price of NOK 6,00 per share.

Geveran Trading’s affiliated ownership in Flex LNG following this transaction 20.371.675 shares, constituting 16.1% percent of the issued share capital.
