Liquefied natural gas shipper, Golar LNG has made changes at the leadership positions within the company and its Nasdaq-listed partnership, Golar LNG Partners.

The company said on Monday that Brian Tienzo will step down as chief financial officer of Golar, a position which he held for seven years, and will take up the position of CEO and CFO of Golar LNG Partners.

Tienzo will also retain certain responsibilities for the company’s financing activities, Golar LNG said in its statement.
