Golar LNG – Notification of Share Repurchase (Bermuda)

Golar LNG Energy Limited (“Golar Energy” “Company”) advises that in connection with its share buyback programme announced on June 10, 2010 the Company has acquired a further 15,000 shares through market purchases at an average price of NOK 7.02 per share.

After this transaction Golar Energy holds a total of 483,627 of its own shares.
