Liner marks £10m dock extension

cruise ship nine times the length of Belfast’s Albert Clock is to dock in the city to mark the creation of Ireland’s longest deep-water berth. The Crown Princess is due to arrive on Tuesday for the official opening of the £10m extension of the Stormont Wharf at the Port of Belfast. The wharf will operate as the port’s main cruise ship berth, with almost 40 vessels carrying more than 60,000 passengers expected to visit this year.
