Sydney cruise ships sail into the record books

March is shaping up as a record month for Sydney’s cruise ship industry, NSW tourism minister Jodi McKay says. A total of 18 cruise ships have visited the city’s harbour – six more than in March 2009. By the time the 2009/2010 cruise season wraps up in April, 118 cruise ships will have visited Sydney, including four vessels making their maiden visit, Ports and Waterways Minister Paul McLeay added.
