Icon Energy Completes Share Purchase Plan, Australia

Icon Energy said it has successfully completed its Share Purchase Plan as announced on 13 November 2012.

Applications were received for 18.6 million shares, raising $4.1 million.

The total number of Icon Energy shares expected to be on issue following the allotment of SPP shares on 7 December 2012 is 533.4 million shares.

All shares issued under the SPP rank equally with existing Icon shares.
