INPEX Advisory Committee Discuss Shale Gas Revolution

INPEX Corporation announced that the first meeting of “INPEX Advisory Committee” was convened on 18 December 2012.

All committee members, Dr. Kent E. Calder (Director, the Edwin O. Reischauer Center for East Asian Studies; Professor, Johns Hopkins University), Ms. Kaori Kuroda (Executive Director, CSO Network Foundation), Dr. Tsutomu Toichi (Advisor, The Institute of Energy Economics, Japan) and Dr. Masayuki Yamauchi (Professor Emeritus, The University of Tokyo), attended the meeting and exchanged views on various topics including the business environment surronguding the global E & P industry and the impact of the “Shale Gas Revolution” to the global politics and international economic activities with INPEX directors; Naoki Kuroda (Chairman), Masatoshi Sugioka (Vice Chairman), Toshiaki Kitamura (President & CEO) and Seiji Yui (Senior Managing Executive Officer).
