Citing industry sources, Reuters reported that the cargo would be set for loading in mid-September.

According to the media outlet, the tender closed on Thursday, August 22.

The plant had earlier offered at least three LNG cargoes for loading in September in separate tenders.

Earlier this month, the operator Inpex said that the Ichthys LNG project was currently running at 80 percent production capacity, with 24 cargoes shipped between April and June.

Reuters added that the company expected to ship about seven to eight cargoes a month this year.
