Iran to Return Three Rented Oil Tankers to Oman

Iran will soon return three rented oil tankers to Oman. The tankers have been deployed within the Iranian fleet for two year and now will be returned following Oman’s request.

Two years ago, Oman rented 10 tankers to Iran under an agreement between National Iranian Oil Co. and Oman Shipping Co. SAOC.

Iran is in possession of 49 operating oil tankers with a transportation capacity of 12 million tons of crude oil.
