Japan: Tepco Oct LNG Imports at 2.3 Million Tonnes

Japan’s Tokyo Electric Power (TEPCO) said its liquefied natural gas imports in October were at 2.3 million tonnes, compared to 2.05 million tonnes in October last year.

TEPCO used 1.99 million tons of LNG in October, compared to 1.88 million tonnes the company consumed in October of 2012.

In April-October period, TEPCO bought 14.4 million tonnes and consumed 13.7 million tonnes of LNG.
