Jasper Offshore: Two New Subsidiaries in Singapore

Jasper Investments Limited, a holding company which principally invests in the offshore oil and gas drilling and services sector, announced that its subsidiary, Jasper Offshore (Cyprus) Ltd, has incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries in Singapore, namely Jasper Management Services Pte. Ltd. (“JMSPL”) and Jasper (Congo) Pte. Ltd. (“JCPL”).

The principal activity of JMSPL is to provide management and staffing support to companies within the Group while JCPL was established to support the Group’s drilling operations in the Republic of Congo.

The issued and paid up capital in each of the two subsidiaries is US$2.00.
