Kathrine Fredriksen resigns from Golar LNG Partners BoD

Golar LNG Partners, a unit of Golar LNG, said that Kathrine Fredriksen has resigned from its Board of Directors.

“The board would like to thank Miss Fredriksen for her service and contribution to the growth of the Partnership over the last 17 months,” the company said in a statement.

Kathrine Fredriksen is the daughter of John Fredriksen, the Chairman, CEO and a principal shareholder of Golar LNG.
