Keppel Incorporates New Subsidiary in The Netherlands

Singapore’s largest offshore rig constructor, Keppel Corporation today announced that it has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary. The new company named Caspian Rigbuilders B.V. is headquartered in The Netherlands.

Caspian Rigbuilders B.V. will manage, coordinate and carry out work, services and activities related to and in connection to construction, refurbishment, upgrade, conversion and/or repair of offshore rigs and platforms, other offshore structures and marine vessels.
