Klaipedos Nafta, AGA sign MOU for LNG infrastructure development

Lithuania’s Klaipedos Nafta and AGA signed a memorandum of understanding for the LNG terminal infrastructure development.

Under the MOU signed for a three-year period, AGA will carry out an in-depth market analysis on the use of LNG terminal as an alternative energy source to currently used fuels, according to a Klaipedos Nafta statement.

AGA revealed plans to expand its network of LNG regasification stations and LNG transportation infrastructure in Lithuania and neighbouring Baltic states.

Klaipedos Nafta said it will implement its LNG distribution station project to provide services of LNG reloading into railway wagons, LNG trucks and LNG bunkering.
