Klaipedos Nafta’s LNG revenue rises in June

Klaipedos Nafta, the operator of the first Lithuanian LNG terminal informed that sales revenues from the import facility reached €5.5 million during June 2016, 1.9 percent up on €5.4 million in the same month in 2015.

In its monthly report issued on Tuesday, Klaipedos Nafta informed its LNG terminal regasified 1,323 thousand MWh of natural gas and supplied it to Lithuania’s natural gas transmission system.

This is a significant increase compared to the 351 thousand MWh regasified in May 2015.

During five months of 2016, Klaipedos Nafta regasified 9,207 thousand MWh of the natural gas, compared to 2,640 thousand MWh natural gas regasified in May 2015.

The LNG terminal’s revenue for the first half of 2016 reached €34.1 million, 5.2 percent up compared to the €32.4 million during the same period in 2015.
