Linde Engineering companies unite in North America

North American operations of the industrial plants specialist Linde Engineering are being reorganized into one unit named Linde Engineering North America. 

The two entities, Linde Proces Plants and Linde Engineering North America together with its Hydro-Chem unit will for a single company, Linde Engineering said in a statement on Wednesday.

The company officials noted there will be no change in the services and industry markets previously served separately by the two units.

Steve Bertone, the Chief Executive Officer of the unified company said the realignment wil allow for more effective operations.

LENA remains the member of the Munich-based Linde Group.
