LNG Energy CFO Resigns

LNG Energy announced that Danny Lee has tendered his resignation to the board of directors resigning from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company in order to pursue other professional interests.

The board thanks Lee for his years of services and wishes him well in his future endeavors, LNG Energy said in a statement.

The search for his successor has begun. In the interim, the board has appointed David Nelson, President and CEO, as acting CFO of the company.
