LNG head at Glencore Luis Lesmes dies

Glencore’s spokesperson, Charles Watenphul, has informed that the company’s London-based head of liquefied natural gas unit, Luis Lesmes, died.

“It is with great sadness that we confirm the death of Luis,” said Watenphul, reports Bloomberg.

Lesmes joined Glencore last year from Morgan Stanley’s LNG unit taking his whole team along with him.

“Our thoughts are with his friends and family at this tragic time,” said Watenpuhl.
