MacArtney Boosts Sales in South America and Sweden

MacArtney has reinforced its international sales activities in South American and Swedish markets with the addition of two new operations representing its products and systems.

MacArtney – South America Operations is headed by Søren Skifter Christensen, a Dane who is a permanent resident in Chile where he has been working for the past 15 years.

Søren was previously a Danish commercial attaché in Chile and is experienced in business development and promotion of Danish companies in South America.

MacArtney – Sweden Operations is headed by Emil Andersson who will be focusing on system sales in the Swedish market. Emil is a graduate engineer having a background within sonar and underwater video technology.

In their capacities as MacArtney representatives, the new operations get access to the entire range of MacArtney products, systems and integrated solutions, the company noted.

“We see a need for MacArtney to be physically present in an additional two competitive regions. Our presence will enable us to be closer to our customers, and this way we will be able to support both customers and distributors in these regions,” said Hans-Jørgen Hansen, vice president of Sales & Marketing.
