New Zealand: Rena Hull Cracks Further

A crack in the stricken Rena has opened further due to large swells and strong winds.

The container vessel is still well grounded and divers are inspecting the extent of the damage.

Reportedly it is still hard to say whether the vessel will split in two or move.

Among 900 containers still on board, two have washed overboard.
