Nexus: Shell, Osaka Gas Receive FIBR Approval for Crux, Australia

Nexus  Energy announced that both Shell and Osaka Gas have provided confirmation that they have received FIRB approvals for the consolidation of interests in relation to the Crux AC/L9 asset.

Nexus Energy executed binding agreements with Shell Developments (Australia) Pty Ltd and Osaka Gas for the consolidation of interests in relation to the Crux AC/L9 asset.

Completion of this transaction is targeted for October 2012 and is subject to FIRB approvals and Title Registration Approvals.
