Nigerian LNG Heads for Portugal

Portugal’s Port of Sines is scheduled to receive a shipment of LNG from Nigeria on January 7, according to the Port of Sines website.

The LNG Oyo liquefied natural gas carrier, with a capacity of 140,500 cubic metres, is sailing from Nigerian Bonny terminal.

The terminal is held by REN Atlântico and has a guaranteed send out capacity of 600,000 cubic meters per hour (5.26 bcm per year), with a peak capacity of 900,000 cubic meters per hour.
