Northern Petroleum Makes New Board Appointments (UK)

Northern Petroleum announced that Nick Morgan and Keith Bush have been appointed to the Board of Directors. Morgan will become Finance Director.

Morgangained a degree from Exeter University, trained with Price Waterhouse and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has over 13 years experience in Investment Banking with a focus upon advising the international oil exploration and production industry. Morgan was more recently employed with Tristone Capital Limited then GMP Securities Europe LLP.

Keith Bush joined Northern in May this year as Chief Operating Officer. Bush gained a degree from Manchester University and has over 20 years oil industry experience. Bush held managerial positions in Amerada Hess, Burlington Resources and was most recently employed as General Manager Operations for E.On Ruhrgas in Norway.

Chris Foss continues as a Director assisting in the development of the Company’s activities.

Richard Latham, Chairman of Northern, said “Keith Bush has now been with the Company for six months and has made a success of his position as Chief Operating Officer. Nick Morgan has the experience to do the same in his appointment as Finance Director. Keith Richard Bush is aged 42. Keith holds 75,000 Northern warrants. Nicholas Talbot Morgan is aged 39 years and was a partner of GMP Securities LLP between January 2010 and June 2012.
