Norway: Awilco LNG Wins Approval to List on Oslo Axess

At its meeting on 24 August 2011, the Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved to admit shares in Awilco LNG to listing on Oslo Axess.

The Board stipulated that, prior to the first of listing, the company must satisfy the requirement for the number of shareholders as specified in Section 2.4.2 of the Oslo Axess Listing Rules, and must publish an approved prospectus.

The Board authorised the Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs to fix the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 7 October 2011.

About Awilco LNG

Awilco LNG ASA is a Norwegian based owner and operator of LNG vessels intended for international trade. The Company was incorporated in February 2011 and currently owns three 125,000 cbm LNG vessels; WilGas, WilPower and WilEnergy. Two of the vessels are currently on short term contracts, while the third vessel is seeking employment in the spot market. The company has entered into a new building contract with Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co Ltd in Korea for two 155,900 cbm LNG vessels to be delivered during the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2013 and has the option for another two LNG vessels with similar specifications. Awilco LNG ASA has an industrial approach and a long-term commitment to the sector.
