Norway: BW Gas Moves into New Offices

BW Gas employees step foot into their brand new offices in the eco-friendly development of Lysaker Park.

Occupying the top floor in one of Lysaker Park’s five-cluster buildings, the single-storey space offers employees greater convenience and ease of collaboration.

The eco-modern offices of Lysaker Park are products of a sustainable renovation project that has reduced the buildings’ energy consumption by half. By cutting down on day-to-day energy consumption, the new offices complement the energy management initiatives across BW Gas.

The relocation marks an exciting change, although is not without a sentimental goodbye to Bergehus, where BW Gas traces its roots back more than 50 years. Says Yngvil Asheim, EVP, BW Gas: “We look forward to creating a new office atmosphere still built on a proud history, but with a successful future as our primary goal.”
