Today, a large installation jack up vessel, the Pacific Orca, is arrived at BOW terminal.

The Pacific Orca perform their demobilization after its installation of 77 foundations for offshore wind project Borkum Riffgrund 1.

Pacific Orca Arrives to BOW Terminal for DemobilizationLarge installation tools and sea fastening will be removed from the deck. After that they will start immediately at the BOW quay with mobilization works for a new type of foundation installation, on basis of a suction bucket jacket. BOW Terminal has a lot of work to do the coming week, in co-operation with Swire, Geosea and Hillebrand.

Next to heavy load operations, BOW terminal is becoming more and more specialized to facilitate large mobilization & demobilization jobs for the EPC contractors and the ship / barge owners prior or after offshore installation works.
