Pakistan Talks LNG Imports with Yemen

President of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain met on Tuesday with Saadaldeen Ali Salim Talib, Yemeni Minister for Industry, urging the two sides to move for early finalisation of arrangements for import of LNG from Yemen.

He said that expeditious finalization of import of LNG from the Yemen would help Pakistan cope with the energy issues besides bolstering trade and commercial ties between the two countries.

The President also emphasized the need for concerted steps on both sides to boost bilateral trade volume through increased cooperation in various sectors.
