Pattofatto Resigns from Saipem

Italian contractor Saipem has said that Leone Pattofatto resigned from the company with immediate effect.

Pattofatto was a non-executive and non-independent member of the board and a member of Saipem’s Audit and Risk Committee.

As of today, Pattofatto has no shareholdings in Saipem, the company informed.

Leone Pattofatto has been chairman of CDP Equity since April 2016 and chief strategic equity officer of Cassa depositi e prestiti, with full responsibility of the portfolio of CDP Group from 2013.

He is also vice president of FII SGR, CEO of CDP Reti,and member of the supervisory board of European Energy Efficiency Fund.

Previously, he worked at Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Manufactures Hanover.
