Pinnacle Strategies announced one of its clients, a leading global designer and producer of subsea solutions for the oil and gas industry, boosted output by more than 300% as a result of implementing Pinnacle Strategies’ visual project management system.
The client achieved this incredible increase by reducing assembly days from 31 to 8 and with no increase in resources.
The challenge arose when the client found itself the victim of its creativity: their product enjoyed a customer popularity that exceeded the company’s projections. Pinnacle Strategies’ challenge was to help the client increase output to keep up with the higher than forecasted demand.
