Prima LNG, the small-scale liquefied natural gas unit of SHV Energy, last week bunkered chilled fuel to the Siem Offshore’s PSV Siem Thiima, at the port of Amsterdam.

The LNG-fueled PSV Siem Thiima, previously named Siem Harmony, was delivered from the Remontowa Shipbuilding in Gdansk, Poland on November 24, and is currently on its way to Western Australia.

The vessel will be deployed under a five-year charter deal with Woodside.

Prima LNG said in its statement that it has delivered four trailers of LNG preparing the Siem Thiima for its journey to Port Dampier, Western Australia where it will operate as part of the Woodside fleet.

This vessel is the third LNG-fueled ship in Siem Offshore’s fleet and will be the first such marine support vessel to be deployed in Australia.
