Noreco, a Norway-based oil company with a stake in the field, said that according to information dispatched by the operator E.ON the work is now progressing as planned and a full production restart is expected between 30 April and 7 May.

Assuming no further production this month, the Huntington production will constitute a daily average for April of approximately. 1 900 barrels of oil equivalents to Noreco. For comparison, Huntington yielded 5 573 barrels of oil equivalents to Noreco in March.

Noreco said it would provide an update on the Huntington situation in the regular monthly production update for April, which will be posted in the first week of May at the latest.
