PTT of Thailand Buys Four Spot LNG Cargoes

PTTEP of Thailand has reportedly bought four spot LNG cargoes on an oil-linked price formula.

The LNG shipments are for December to March delivery, according to Bloomberg.

PTT is the operator of the Map Ta Phut LNG import terminal, Thailand’s first and only LNG receiving terminal.

The current capacity of the LNG terminal is five mtpa and PTT has plans to increase this capacity to 10 mtpa.
