Qatari LNG bound for South Hook

The UK’s South Hook terminal is scheduled to receive another cargo of liquefied natural gas from Qatar.

According to the shipping data, the 266,000 cbm Rasheeda LNG carrier is on its way to the Milford Haven waterway and is scheduled to dock at the terminal’s jetty on August 18.

The South Hook LNG terminal was fully commissioned in 2010 and is among the biggest LNG receiving terminals in Europe.

It can process 15.6 million tonnes of LNG per year.
