Qatari LNG cargo heading for South Hook terminal

The United Kingdom is scheduled to receive a cargo of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Qatar. 

Data from the Milford Haven Port Authority revealed that the 210.110-cbm LNG carrier, Duhail is scheduled to dock at South Hook LNG terminal on March 24.

The Duhail LNG carrier has been built by the South Korean shipbuilder Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering in 2008.

According to the marine data provider, VesselsValue, the vessel is currently off the Spanish coast in the Bay of Biscay.

Natural gas flows from the South Hook LNG terminal to the UK’s national grid on Thursday morning were 5.56 mcm per day, according to the data from the National Grid.
