Sakhalin Energy to Send Additional LNG Cargo to Kogas

Russia’s Sakhalin Energy has agreed to send an additional liquefied natural gas cargo to South Korea’s Kogas by the end of March.

The cargo will be shipped by March 31, Russia’s Energy Ministry said in a statement.

The first Russian LNG plant on the Sakhalin Island consists of two process trains, each having the throughput capacity of 4.8 million tons of LNG per annum.
