Saipem hires Rana for diving job in Adriatic
Italian oilfield services provider Saipem has awarded RANA a saturation diving contract for the tie-ins at the recently installed platforms Fauzia and Elettra in the Northern Adriatic Sea, Italy.
The work scope includes metrology for closing tie-in spools fabrication, tie-in spools installation, riser and riser clamps installation, free-span corrections and assistance to pre-commissioning activities.
For this project RANA has hired the Diving Support Vessel Altus Optimus. Expected duration of the contract is 60 days, starting early July.
