Seadrill Increases Ownership in AOD

Seadrill Limited has today acquired additional 2,488 shares of Asia Offshore Drilling Limited.

The shares were acquired at the price of NOK 28.70 per share. Following this acquisition, Seadrill will be the owner of 39,709,313 shares in the Company, corresponding to 66.18% of the total number of outstanding shares in the Company.
