Seamec III on Charter with Leighton India

Seamec Limited informed BSE that its multifunctional diving support vessel Seamec III has started charter contract with Leighton India Contractors Private Limited.

The vessel was previously on charter with L&T Sapura Offshore Private Limited, where it worked on a project for ONGC in Mumbai High on the West Coast of India.

The current charter contract, valued at approximately Rs. 54.27 Crores, with Leighton India, takes effect from December 11, 2014.

Seamac said that the contract is likely to last until the end of this ongoing season.

The Seamec III provides services which include: S.B.M maintenance removal and installations; platform, riser and pipeline repairs; subsea construction and maintenance operations.
