    An affiliate of Vietnam shipbuilding giant Vinashin has just launched a 13,500-DWT (dead weight ton) freighter, which it built for the Vinashin Ocean Shipping Company. The oil tanker to be 145m-long, 20m-wide and 11m-height was built by the northern Hai Phong city-based Bach Dang Shipyard and state-of-the-art equipment meeting international maritime conventions.
