    Wells drilled offshore Congo have turned to be dry holes, Murphy Oil has reported. Murphy said its Cobalt Marine 1 and Turquoise Marine 3 exploration wells both failed to find commercial hydrocarbons however a third well, Turquoise Marine 4, encountered a well developed deeper reservoir but with only a “minor accumulation” of oil.
