SGD Logistika, Bomin Linde LNG revise JV agreement

SGD Logistika, the unit of Klaipedos Nafta, amended its joint venture agreement with Bomin Linde LNG.

The two companies agreed on the terms of the joint operation of the LNG vessel, with SGD Logistika holding 10 percent stake in the JV and Bomin Linde LNG owning the majority 90 percent stake, Klaipedos Nafta said in its statement on Friday.

The facility will have 5,000 cubic meters storage capacity and will be equipped with two LNG truck loading bays, will enable LNG reloading to small-scale LNG vessels.

In 2015, Klaipedos Nafta and Bomin Linde LNG signed a memorandum of understanding aiming to jointly develop the LNG fuel market, including the necessary infrastructure in Baltic Sea.
