SGS Announces Changes to Its Board of Directors (Switzerland)

 

The Board of Directors of SGS SA has been informed that Mr. Thomas Limberger and Mr. Carlo di Sant’Albano have decided to step down from the Board of Directors. The Board will recommend the election of Mr. John Elkann and Dr. Cornelius Grupp as Members of the Board at the next Annual Shareholders Meeting which will take place on March 15, 2011.

SGS SA wishes to express its gratitude to both Mr. Thomas Limberger and Mr. Carlo di Sant’Albano for their valuable contribution to the Group during their tenure.
