Shipping Magnate Blystad Leaves Songa Offshore Board

Songa Offshore SE announces that Arne Blystad yesterday resigned from his position as Director with immediate effect.

Blystad is an independent investor, who owns and operates shipping and investment activities through a group of companies. Blystad is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway. He served as the Chairman of Songa Offshore SE from April 2005 to May 6, 2011.

Spencer Energy AS, a company controlled Blystad, yesterday sold 6.104.073 shares at 3,0177 in Songa Offshore SE. After the transaction Spencer Energy AS controls 20.654.849 shares in Songa Offshore SE. After this transaction, companies controlled by Arne Blystad hold 26.271.049 shares, representing 12,95% of outstanding shares of 202.912.544.
