Singapore: Keppel FELS Wins Naftogaz Tender for Two Semis

Keppel FELS Limited (Keppel FELS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd (Keppel O&M), has been selected by Ukraine’s National Joint-Stock Company, Naftogaz, as the winner of a tender to construct two semisubmersible (semi) drilling rigs and will be entering into further contract negotiations with Naftogaz.

A further announcement on the key terms of the contract (including price and delivery schedule) will be made when the contract is signed.

Keppel FELS and its network of offshore yards have successfully delivered almost half of the world’s newbuild jackup rigs and semisubmersibles in the past decade.

Growing from a local shipyard into a global offshore group, Keppel FELS has become one of the global leaders in the design, construction and repair of mobile offshore rigs.
