Statoil to Use West Epsilon for Gudrun Drilling Ops (Norway)

Statoil Petroleum as has received consent to use the West Epsilon rig for production drilling.

The consent relates to production drilling of well 15/3-A-14 on the Gudrun field.

Water depth at the site is 109 metres.

The expected start-up for drilling is July 2013. The duration of the activity is estimated at approx. 10 days.

The West Epsilon jack-up drilling rig is operated by North Atlantic Drilling, previously called Seadrill Offshore AS.
