Technip’s revenue rises 17.8 pct in Q3

LNG engineer Technip posted an increase in revenue, both for the third quarter as well as for the first nine months of 2014. 

Third quarter revenue climbed to €2.8 billion, a 17.8% increase compared to the same quarter 2013 while the company also showed a 16.2% increase for the first nine months with the revenue rising to €7.9 billion compared to €6.8 billion for the same period a year before.

Thierry Pilenko, Chairman and CEO, commented: “The third quarter showed solid delivery against our objectives, with business won across our segments and geographies. We can report a quarter of sales and profit growth, strong order intake, momentum in our cost reduction and good cash generation.”
